Reporters Without Borders (RSF) urges France's broadcasting regulator Arcom to firmly, urgently, and effectively enforce the European Union (EU)’s sanctions against RT.

Thanks to the Serbian government’s grip on the media and favourable political environment, RT – formerly Russia Today – uses its Belgrade office to adapt the Kremlin's narratives before disseminating them across southeastern Europe.

As part of The Propaganda Monitor project, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) spoke to Vladimir Rouvinski, an expert on Russian influence in Latin America, to better understand how RT operates.
